Senior HR Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organization structure and capability such as manpower, job evaluation, span of control and people analytics
  • Supports a strategic workforce planning approach to talent acquisition
  • Responsible for identify OD priority, initiative and implement OD project
  • Provide report of HR trend, Business for design HR Strategic align with business direction
  • Responsible for succession planning and talent management (Talent Development Program and Retention)
  • Manage recruitment and selection process, get requirements, job posting, primary interview, interview process for employment agreement and contract
  • Responsible for negotiable of offers with successful candidates and on-boarding new staffs
  • Handle all recruitment projects such as job fair and special project
  • Summarize monthly recruitment report

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, and at least 5 years of experience in HR all function
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR management, Political Science, BA, HRD, OD or related fields.
  • Growth Mindset, proactive, strong initiative, creativity and professional manner
  • Pleasant personality, excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Manufacturing background experience would be advantage
  • Good Command in English
